| Job Requirements - Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in documenting construction drawings in boutique hotel, show units, A&A/ reconstruction of landed property and commercial jobs
- Liaise with designer, interpret design sketches and prepare detail drawings
- Attend site visit, take site measurements and prepare basic architectural drawings
- Excellent knowledge with construction detailing using various materials
- Take initiative to resolve and provide assistance to designer on construction detailing
- Familiar with preparation of tender drawing list and tender drawings
- Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture/ relevant qualifications
- Full time/ part time/ flexible work arrangement
