Site Supervisor (Outlet Renovation / Installations & Fittings / Project Management)

Our client, a well known and established owner of multiple Coffee chains, is inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill the above position

Job Description

You will represent the site owner in overseeing the whole renovation and/or installation activities in every outlets including supervising of installation crew and contractors. Your other responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

-Review and interpret drawings and highlight discrepancies for early clarification to prevent abortive works

-In charge of mechanical, electrical & plumbing issues during renovation of stores

-To monitor progress and ensure that contractors meet all commercial requirements of quality and targeted date of completion

-Ensure compliance with site quality and safety standards

Job Requirement

-Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building Services or its equivalent

-At least 2 years of experience in supervision of store renovation for F&B related industry

-Knowledge in M&E design, building infrastructure requirement

-Familiar with workplace safety guidelines and requirements

-Be alert & responsive when problems arise

-Excellent interpersonal & communications skill

-Initiative & independent individuals

-Has the ability to analyze and interpret architectural drawings

-Singaporean OR PRs only
