Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualize design for clients


• Prepare sketches and 3D perspective drawings to help client visualize design


• Prepare construction/ shop drawings


• Explain and present design concept including preparation of mood boards etc


• Source and co-ordinate with suppliers/ contractors for material needs/ works

Job Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Autocad and 3D Max is essential


• Preferrably with at least 1-2 years of experience in a related job nature


• Good communication skills and fluency in English essential. Ability to speak Mandarin and dialects will be an advantage


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop is an advantage.


• Diploma in design related studies


• Must be able to independently work out design and construction detailings


• Customer driven attitude with a never say die attitude·


• Salary package - Basic + Commission or Full Basic
