Our client is a leader in the development and operation of infrastructure with services ranging from planning, engineering, and program and construction management. We are currently seeking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Design Architect.
Responsibilities:
· Provide timely and effective design services to relevant stakeholders
· Develop and enforce standards to ensure design services comply with legislative, regulatory and authority requirements
· Contribute to the development and delivery of design program goal and objectives
· Contribute to the effectiveness of project design
· Build and maintain productive internal and external relationship to engage stakeholders and enable the effective delivery of project design services
· Participate, contribute and lead an effective and productive team
· Design refinement/improvement and detailing to areas to resolve site constraints and interphase with the various engineering disciplines.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
· At least 5 year(s) of working experience is required, preferably in Civil Infrastructure projects.
· Preferably Architects who have strong and proven abilities in design and design development.
· Must be conversant with local codes, regulations and authority submission procedures.
· Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
· Other nationals with strong relevant background may be considered.
